Article 1 - Identification


The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older. She will be held responsible for any breakage or damage that may occur during your stay. A copy of an ID will be required to confirm the reservation.


Article 2 - Water.


The water coming out of the taps is drinkable, it comes from a well, its quantity is limited. It is therefore precious. You should not miss it, but if you take long showers and plenty of bathing, it is possible that the well will run out.


The evacuation of the toilet goes into a septic tank and next to the toilet paper, nothing else should be thrown into the toilet.


Article 3 - Ecological responsibility


It is absolutely forbidden to light an open fire in any place other than the outdoor fireplace and you must absolutely use the logs that are available to you.


Article 4 - Stay / noise rules


The first and most important rule is common sense about respect for others. Rest and tranquility are priorities. Do nothing that you or your family or friends can do to reduce the noise of the neighborhood, avoiding excessive noise or other nuisance, especially in the evening. There must be silence between 11 pm and 8 am


Article 5 - Various precautions


All the conveniences for a peaceful enjoyment of the places are put at your disposal, you are asked to use them to the best, by ensuring a normal operation and a reasonable consumption.


There are two floors and stairs. There is no safety gate for children at the entrance and exit of the stairs. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure the safety of children of low ages on the stairs. We will not be held responsible in the event of an accident during your stay.


There is a dart board and a pool table at your disposal. These games are for adults only and we ask you to use them carefully.


In case of loss or deterioration of a kitchen element caused by the Tenant, the amount of the deposit will be deducted from the cost of restoration or replacement costs upon presentation of receipts by the owner, and within a maximum period of two months.


Article 6 - Breakage


If so, report any breakage during your stay. Inform us (by text message, email or phone) immediately of any damage and damage occurring in the rented premises, even if no apparent damage results.


In the event of loss or deterioration of the chalet component caused by the Tenant, the amount of the deposit will be deducted from the cost of restoration or replacement costs upon presentation of proof by the Owner, within a maximum of two month.


Article 7 - Maintenance of leased premises


Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could affect the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the site both inside the cottage and outside and around. Remember that the cottage must be clean and tidy when you leave. The Tenant is responsible for maintaining the rented premises and making them clean. You can use the dishwasher during your stay and we recommend that you fill it up and start it when you leave. Washing tablets are available. You can use the washer and dryer as needed. The household maintenance items are at your disposal and you can use them as needed.


Article 8 - Wifi and Cable


The wifi is Bell 502 and the password is on the router, under the TV. The distance between the chalet and the nearest tower is 8 km, which means that the speed of the bandwidth is limited.


The cable is included, but if you want movies, the amounts used will be deducted from your deposit return. Please notify us in advance.


Article 9 - Heating and the home


The heating comes mainly from the concrete floor. The temperature at your arrival will be set at 21 degrees permanently and you will be comfortable at this temperature. If you want to increase or decrease the temperature, you can do it with one of the 3 switches. To do this, you must use the arrows and press OK. As it is a concrete floor, the temperature change will be very slow, you are notified.


Logs and kindling are available for you. We must inform you that the heat of the hearth will influence the ambient temperature and therefore the heat of the floor. We therefore recommend that you do not abuse the home and use it in a reasonable and responsible manner.



Article 10 - Arrival and departure (keys)


The keys will be in a box under the door and the code is 2578. Upon your departure,
