*The prices listed below do not include taxes (GST / QST and lodging tax of 3.5%) as well as the cleaning fee of $ 150 (plus taxes) and are based on an occupancy of 8 people aged 2 and over. An additional $ 25 per person per day will be charged up to a maximum of 10 people (maximum capacity accepted)
The rental is for a maximum of 10 people 2 years and over, to support the well and the septic tank. Only for exceptional circumstances and on our own judgment, we will be able to accept more than 10 people and a fee of $ 100 per person per day will apply.

Deposit:
A deposit of $ 500 is required to confirm the reservation. This deposit will be given to you 1 week after your departure when we will have made the verifications of the places. In case of loss or damage to the premises or equipment by the tenant, the amount of the deposit will be deducted from the cost of restoration or replacement costs upon presentation of evidence by the owner, and within a maximum period of two months .
 

The price varies according to the season and the holidays.
Summer Rates, between St. John's Day and Thanksgiving
Reservation for a minimum of 4 days at a price of $ 400 per day + cleaning and tax. During the summer period, there is no weekend-type pricing.
Christmas pricing (between December 21st and January 6th)

Weekend Holiday type pricing:
The price is $ 1,500 + household and taxes ($ 1,778.95).
Weekend rate:
The price for a weekend is $ 1,100 + taxes and cleaning for the weekend ($ 1,481.45). A weekend is Friday morning or Sunday night. There is no possibility of reducing this amount. For example, if you were to arrive on a Friday night and leave on a Sunday afternoon, there will be no way to decrease the amount.
